I found it interesting for it suggest things;  That I believe most of us know already to improve our energy:  Eating a healthy diet, getting enough rest, getting exercise, being around people that bring joy to us.  But then she adds a few you might not think of right away and that is the amount of time watching news, thinking good thoughts of others, and the a last; doing something meaningful.  Wow, I really enjoyed reading what she had to say.  With my Well-being coaching I like to provide you with information that can help you.
